      If you are not seeing the art for the Gold Pieces or Forges, Dyetubs or many other items, your game client may have a problem loading our custom art files.

      To fix that, please try these troubleshooting steps:

      1. close the game

      2. open Windows Explorer to C:\Users\<Your Username Here>\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\Citadel Studios Inc__Legends of Aria

        • A shortcut to open the AppData folder:
          • click 'start'
          • choose 'run'
          • type %AppData%
          • click OK/press Enter
      3. you should see a folder similar to the picture below:

      4. delete all of the folders and files in that directory

      5. load the game and log in again

        • on your first login it will take a minute or two to download the assets again, but after you should see everything again
